A FURTHER ADJOURNMENT.

The Ponsonby land casej, S. E. Hughes v. Hanna and Boak, was continued at the Supreme Court Civil Sittings to-day, before His Honor Mr Justice Conolly, Some discussion between counsel, Messrs Cooper and Campbell, took place. Mr Coopear agreed to admit the copy of the orfgi* nal Crown grant dated. 184 ft, Qoungel asked for an adjournment till the afternoon in order tha*_ they might consult together with a view to shortening the case. Mr Cooper thought it might be reduced to an argument on points of law. When the Court met this afternoon His Honor intimated that the case Avould be adjourned till next Thursday at 10 a.m.

The Court Avas then adjourned till next Monday, Avhen the case Manseilv v. Mansell will be g-one on with.
