WANGANUI, this day. " After a hearing lasting six days before t special -fury in the District Court, judgment was given last night for the Plaintiff for £217 and costs m the case Peyman v. Jardine claim £?00 for failing to keep buildings fences hedges and ditches in good repafr and condition during the term STJase of 1200 acres of land and for permitting gorse and thistles spread. ■
