Sheepskins: Larg-e sold at 3/3 to 3/9; small and medium, 2/3 to 3/. Tallow: Medium rendered sold at 14/9 to 15/9; rough fat, IJd per Ib. Horsehair and bones remain at last week's a nota-
tions. Oats: The market- has been glutted, aiid prices have eased l<\ to Id per bushel. Present quotations, 2/tii to 2/7. Maize: Consequent upon the fall in oats, with heavy shipments and considerable stocks in town, this market has declined. Old maize is selling1 on the wharf at 2/10, and some sales have been made at Id loss. ]\'ew maize is selling' at Id below the price of old. The course ol! the market depends entirely "upon the volume, of shipments arriving"; should arrivals only be small there is no re:,sou why tin* market should not remain firm at about present rates, (.'haft': Market is very strong', and chaff is selling' freely at £4 5/ to ; ii4 7/(5 at rail.
