RAILWAY CONCESSIONS
PER'IN, June 8
rhe Chinese Government has granted the concessions demanded by Panee in connection with the murder of a missionary in Kwangai. The concessions include the right to construct v railway which will be the means of completing the trade route through Tonkiug and Southern China.
