To-day Moanatains were a trifle better in price,'a sale being recorded at 7s. 'or New Zealand Talisman 10s 3d was on oiler. May Queen and Monowai were also wanted, but no'transactions were publicly recorded. Waihi Extended were a shade firmer on yesterday's quotations, business being done at7d. Standard stocks showed no alteration beyond New Zealand Insurance being easier in price.
