THE STANLEY.
The brigantine Stanley arrived from Newcastle yesterday afternoon. The master reports sailing from Newcastle on the evening of the oth inst.; meeting with fresh easterly and south-easieriy winds till passing Lord Howe Island on the 12th, thence N. and N.E. winds to Cape Maria, which was passed on Friday last, thence strong soutn-westeriy winds to arrival. The vessel discharges her car- I go at Chelsea.
