Core Martin v, Smith and Langley, claim £32 19s 9d, costs £1 3s; Nellie Clyne v. Eriokson, claim £4 3s Gd (judgment for 13s Gd), costs 5s1. DEFENDED CASES. C. B. Stone v. European Goldmining Company.—Claim, £58 15s 3d, alleged to be due to A. P. Home as legal manager of defendant Company. Home had assigned the debt to his partner Stone. Evidence was heard on a previous Court day. His Worship now gave judgment for the plaintiff Stone for amount claimed with costs £5 18s. Mrs W. Walters v. Martin Walshe.— Claim £55, balance of purchase money on land at Papakura.—His Worship heard evidence, and gave judgment for amount claimed with costs £5 15s.
The Court then rose.
