MANAGERS' REPORTS.

Owharoa United (Owharoa).— The drive lias been extended a further distance of 4ft. The country being penetrated is a fine sandstone. We have just cut a stringer an inch or two in thickness.

New Golden Point (Tapu).—At the main 200 feet low level the drive has been extended a further distance of Sft, and is now in a distance of 26ft from the main crosscut. The drive above the intermediate level has been extended another Sft. When breaking down colours of gold were seen in the quartz.
