Jacob Lamb, an old fisherman, 80 years old, was found dead in Saow's Gully,' near Havelock. The body "<vas much decomposed. He is believed to have been dead three weeks. He was last seen a month ago.

Alfred Usmar and Alice Geraghty were fined £10 and £5 respectively for sly grogselling in a house in Ghuznee-street.,
