EVACUATION OF KTAOCIIOW.

SHANGHAI, December 10.

In consequence of complaints made by China against Germany's demand the Germans will evacuate Kiaochow and receive a coaling station at Samsah Bay, on the north-east coast of the province of Hokien. The date of evacuation of Kiaochow will be fixed hereafter.
