THE CUBAN TROUBLE.
MADRID, December 9,
The Carlist members of the Chamber of Deputies are promoting a popular demonstration against President McKiuley. The Carlists favour Cuban autonomy. The movement is directed against Americans attitude towards Cuba, as outlined in President McKinley's message to the United States Congress.
