THE CUBAN CRISIS
HAVANNAH, November 7.
The autonomist party in Cuba have agreed to conform to the appointment ot General Blanco, successor to General Weyler, as Spanish commander. The party are now organising. The Government has telegraphed their satisfaction to Senor Sagasa, the Spanish Premier.
