The richness of the ore now being1 won from the Royal Oak mine, Coroniaridel, is further demonstrated by the crushing return now to hand. Only ten tons of general quartz were treated' this time, but there was also 1,2381b of picked stone. The yield shows-that the stone treated was rich,' for l,Hisox 19dwt of bullion was obtained, value £3,087, leaving an estimated profit for the month over working expenses of £2,i.H)0. This brings up the total output for the last four crushings to about £12,000.
