Wind between between north and west and south-west at till places during the next 10 hours, but changing' after that time to between northeast and north and west at, till places southward of Napier and New Plymouth. Earometer very little movement northward of Napier and New Plymouth. "Fall soon til till other places. Sea heavy •on western coasls of both islands, and on eastern coasts .southward of Castlepoint after V.l hours. Tides high on all western coasts of both islands, and on eastern coast of South Island, moderate elsewhere.
Northerly gales with rain are 1o be expected at all places southward of Napier and New Plymouth after from 10 to V.l hours.
