NEW ZEALAND CROWN MINES RETURN.

1,567 TONS FOR A VALUE OF £4,103.

The New Zealand Crown Mines crushed for the month of August 1,587 tons of ore, for a value of £4,163. During the previous month 1,200 tons of ore were crushed for bullion valued at £3,300. In June 1,300 tons were treated for bullion valued at £3,570. The crushing therefore for August is a very sasisfactory one indeed, and promises well for the future of the Company.
