THE FIDO.

The barque Fido arrived from Newcastle last evening with a cargo of coal. Captain Morrison reports'" sailing from Newcastle at 4 p.m. on the Ist inst. Strong gales from W. S.W. and S.W., accompanied by heavy seas were met until making Cape Maria Van Dieinen which was passed at 4 a.m. on Wednesday. The North Cape was made on the same day. Strong S. and S.W. winds prevailed down the Coast until arrival. The Fido was picked up by the brig Admiral last evening off Tin tin and the harbour was reached at 11 p.m. This morning the Fido went up to Chelsea to discharge her coal.
