London, August G. —The "Morning Post,'' in an editorial on the American claim of £5,700 for the cost of extradition from California to Sydney, N.S.W., of Frank Butler, the Australian bush murderer, recently executed at Sydney for the murder of Captain Lee Wcller, says such a claim seems an act deserving severe condemnation. If a nation will behave in such a manner, it ought not to be surprised when the Attorney-General of New South Wales asserts that the cost of extradition is excessive and unwarranted.
