An nverago samplo of ore taken from the eight feot footwrti; of tho big roof has been assayed at the Bunk of New Zoaland and yioldod at the rate of £5 On 4d per ton. Another sample from the r-amo reof assayed by Mr C. Hatjen yielded £5 6s 6d per ton.
