M ELBOUKNE, this Atji. The Commissioner of Patents has decided adversely to an application made by the Australian Gold Recovery, Company for leave to amend their patents for treatment of auriferous ores by means of cyanides by limiting the Company's ciaims to the use of « dilute solution.
