SEVERAL VILLAGES BURNED,

LOSS OF LIFE.

Athens, June 28, The Moslems at Heraklion, in Crete, being unable to obtain rations, raided the districts outside the military cordon. They killed seven , Christians, burned a number of villages, and lost io men. The disorder is spreading in the island. The Turks have occupied a position commanding Agraphi, in the north-west portion of the island of Corfu.

The Greek troops have occupied Karepuisi, with the view of preventing pillaging.
