WAIHI-SILVERTON RETURN.
£1,646 FOR THE MONTH.
It is gratifying to be able to chronicle the fact that the monthly returns from this mine show a steady increase. In January t ho return was £1,034. February £1,561, March £1.594. and in April £1,646. For tha latter return 826 tons of oro were treated during the four weeks ending April 24tb. Keporta from the mine are also more eatwfactory, as the reefs ab No. 2 level are yielding payable ore.
