Wellington, this day. The coach road connecting Stratford and the mouth of the Poro-o-Tarao tunnel, th c presenb terminuß of tho North Island Main Trunk Railway, has been formed for about 80 miles, and 44 miles yet remain to be constructed. There are 70 co-operative workmen employed on this road. Until it has been taken up to the tunnel a regular railway service will nob be inibiated. Ab presenb a train is Only run to the end of bhe line whenever provisions and materials are required for the camp.
