CAPTURE OF A REBEL LEADER.
Madrid, March 30. Advices from Manilla stale that Spaniards captured the town of Inrus, which had been held by a large body of insurgents. Sixteen hundred insurgents were killed. The Spanish commander will grant an amnesty S&SI1 insurgents who yield by the tenth ©if April. News from Havannah states that Riviera, who succeeded Maceo as commander of the Cuban insurgents, has been captured by Spaniards.
