Thursday. — Gairloch leaves for New Plymouth ab 1 p.m. ; Douglas leaves for Whangarei Town Wharf at 5 p.m.; lona arrives from Groat Barrier ; Kanieri arrives from Waitara. Friday,—Clansman arrivos from Rub- ■ sell, ab 6 a.m., and leaves for Tauranga ab 7 p.m. ; Chelmsford leaves for Whakabane at 12 noon ; Wellington for Whangarei, Marsden Point, Whangarei Roads ab 9 30 p.m. ; Coromandel leavea for Waihelte ab 9 a.m., and returns aboub 5 p.m. , lona leaves for Kuaotunu, Mercury Bay, and Kennedy's Bay at 9 p,m. ; Kanieri leaves for Waitara ao 8 a.m. Thames Skrvick. — Sbeamers leave for Thames daily, for Paeroa daily, aud lor Coromandol daily. The s.s. Pukaki loaves for Westporb bhis Bvoning. Lasb night tho three-masbod echoonor Ysabel seb sail for Tonga. The scow Moana left Kaipara to-day with a cargo of timber for Auckland. The s.s. Richmond lefb lasb evening for Fiji. Sho called in ab Russell this morning for coal. The barqiienbine River Hunter sailed frpm bho Kaipara for Sydney bhis morning, timber laden. The brig Vision sailed for the Kaipara lasb evening. She will load timber for Freemahtle. Thia morning the American barque Portland Lloyds commenced to discharge her cargo from New York. The s.s. Dingadee should arrive early this evening from Wellington, via Easb Coasb porbs and Gisborne, The barquentino Adelaide moved over to the Railway Wharf this morning, and commenced to take in cargo for bhe Kaipara. . ' 1 The Kauri Timber Company's scow Rata lefb for Wellingbon bo-day, having been sold through Messrs Russell and Somers bo Mr Turnbull, of bhat ciby. The iron barque lone, which visited Auckland some yeara back, wibh a cargo from London, arrived at Sydney last week with sugar from Mauritius. Captain J. Weir is still in command. _
The s.s. Matatua lefb London 20bh March for the porbs of Wellingbon and Lytbelton. Cargo for Auckland will be branshipped ab the porb of Wellington. Messrs L. D. Nathan and Co. are the local agents.
The s.s. Gothic, which leaves Wellington on April Ist for London, takes tbe following cargo:— 36 Backs and 945 cases gam, 400 kegs butter, 52 crates cheese, 6 boxes (£21.661) gold, 5 boxes (£6,550) bullion, and 6 packages sundries.
The Meesageriea Maribimes sbeamshlp Ausbralien, which lefb Sydney last week,
took 483 sailors and marines back to France from the French warships Duguay Trouin and Aube, bheir places having been taken by relief crews. Commodore Bayle. of the Duguay Trouin, and aboub a dozen officers accompanied the detachment.
