London, March 29. M. de Blowitz, the Paria correspondent of the "Times," wires that as the result of tho interview between Lord Salisbury and M. Hanotaux, the Turns and Madagascar questions have been arranged. Id was cansidered that the position of Siam required cautious treatment. Egyptian affairs wero not discussed. The attitude of both statesmen was identical with regaid to Greece and Turkey. The " Times " hopes the moetmg or Lord Salisbury and M. Hanotaux will hasten the withdrawal of the Turkish troops from Grete< Paris, March 28. The "Tomps," referring to Lord Salisbury's interview with SJ. Hanocaux, exprescea itself highly gratified at the resumption of direcD relations between France and England.
