Thames, this day. An old man named Alexander Ferguson, agad64, who has been suffering from consumption for some time past, fell on Beach Road about 3.30 yesterday afternoon. When found blood .was issuing from hie mouth. He was taken to the Hospital, bub died upon arrival. Dr. Williams certified to the cause ot da&th 4 and no inquest will be held. I understand thab Mr McQowan, M.H.R., and Colonel Fraser contemplate a trip home. ■
Agnew, the victim of the shooting case in Pollen-atreet, was nob as well as mighb hav6 been expected last nighb, bub is slightly better to-day. Innee, who was struck with a clubby Frederick Lough aomo days ago, is improving very slowly.
