ECLIPSE.
Messrs T. Cottle and R. Kerry paid over yesterday, on behalf of a London syndicate, the cash balanco due to the vendors of the Eclipse licensed holding uc Tararu, thus completing the purchase with the exception of the distribution of the shares, for which a little more time has been allowed. Work will shortly be commenced on the property, which, when a portion of the old Vulcan claim, gave such a good account of iteeit in the old days. A recent discovery, stone from which gave an assay value of £193 8a 3d per ton, convinces the purchasers that the introduction of capital wilL cause it to uphold its old reputation.
