•*M. W." (Richmond Road).—There are no Government or provincial licenses of the nature you want issued, the City Council and local governing bodies having charge of the matter. A license within the city boundaries may be obtaiood from tha City Council for the sum ol 10s for two months, £1 for six months, or £2 for twelve months.
