ALLEGED OVERLOADING.

A report has been received from the Newcastle Marine Board's surveyor that the barque Royal Tar, which left for Auckland recently, had her load line submerged four inches, and that the master sailed without remedying this state of affairs. The Auckland Marine Board has been informed of the circumstances, and is expected to hold an inquiry. -it?,
