All Dogs within the City of Auckland require, under provisions of the above Acts, to be registered annually on the first of January in each New collars will be ready for issue at the office of the Registrar of Dogs during the first week in January. Office hours from 9.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.; Saturdays, 9.30 to 1 p.m. . " Owners not obtaining collars within ia days will be liable to summary proceedings, and a penalty of (£5) five pounds.
