CHARGE OF CONSPIRACY.
Berlin, December 5.
The trial of two local newspaper men revealed a connpiracy to injure Marshal Yon Bioberstein. Foreign Secretary, by foroign officials through newspaper articles. Herr Tansch. Chief Secretary of Police, is eaid to be the chief officer implicated. Hie agent Lutzow, as editor, has confeased that under direction he published an article alleging thab Count Yon Eulenburg spread a falne version of the Czar's speech ab Breslau, in the interests of Great) Britain, and declaring that Marshal Van Bieborstein desired the fact known. ,
