Mr Justice Hood granted the Drake divorce petition. He said although Uraka condescended to reside with his wife as a lodger, her behaviour destroyed hi 3 matrimonial relations as completely as if he had fled to the uttermost part of t.ho earth. Drake's ideas of morality, he said, allowed him to fail in love with a married woman, yeb prevented him living with hia wife or even supporting her.
