Charitable Aid.—A coßimunicatiea waa received from the Tar&naki Jio3pital and Charitable Aid Board regarding the growing demand for charitable aid, aad urging thab the whole of tha revaaua required for charity purposes should bo a charge on tho consolidated funds of the colony.
