NEW STATIONS. The Synod resolved Usab Kuaofcunu aad Sibbage Bay be recognised aa Home Mission stations.
ID BEE ICI.VGS COLLEGE. The balance-sheet of this institution was lead by Mr T. Allan, showing ara expenditure of £634 13s fed. The revenue showed »deficit of £80 18a lid for the financial year, which commenced with a debits balance of £39 19d 3d. A resolution was carried that tho balanco sheot be forwarded to tbg next Conference,
HOME MISSIONS. The balance-Bhset of the Hosie Ivlisaion Fund, submitted by Mr F. L. Primo, Bbowed receipts £888 13s 9d, and expenditure £960 la 3d.
ESTIMATED INCOME FOR NEXT YEAR
Theestimateo of income and expenditure for tha ensuing year wore reported as follows:—lncome, £933 15a; expenditure, £1,074 39 6d. Graats wero recommended to the followist; Home Mission stations: — Hokisnga, VV-Jjangarei, Helenaville, Wade; Ewl to the fallowing circuits,- Freeman's Bay, Mahurar.gi, Upper Tiiames, Paparoa, Wlsangarei, Taurangii aad Coromandel. A vota ef thanks was passed to Mr Prime for his somcee as Treasurer, p.ad bia rouppointmeiiu was recommended.
STATISTICAL RETDKNS.
Statiatical returns were furnished ahowing that tha church members numbered 161, thoEo on trial 91, cataehumehs 466, Sunday-school teachers 545, and Sundayechool scholars 5,056, adherents 16,116. A vote of thanks was pasped to tho Secretary for his efforts in connection with the returns.
GENERAL SCPEBINTENDENCY.
