THE PARIS EXHIBITION.
Brisbane, November 13.
The Chief Secretary in in receipt ox a despatch from the Secretary _ for the colonies communicating bhe invitation of the French Government to Great Britain and the colonies to take part in the Universal International Exhibition in Paris in 1900. The Government are now in communication with the other coloniea with a view to ascertaining their opinion. The proposal ia favourably received here.
