The Northern Steamship Company's new paddlo-steamer Wakatere arrived yesterday ab Thursday Island. The Wakatere is due «!; this port about the end of the present month.
Yesterday afternoon the e.s. RangaUra arrived frora Wellington after a fine weather passage, and this morning she was floated ir,to the Cnlliope Dock for cleaning and gep.er.al overhaul. She will commence to lout* for London ab this port.
