The barquentine Adelaide has left Newcastle with a cargo of coal for Auckland.
Yesterday afternoon H.M.s, Wallaroo lefb for Wellington, via Russell and the West Coast.
The barque Chili is, according: to tbe *' Daily Shipping News," chartered to load 1,000 tons of sugar at Mauritius for Auckland.
The Tyaer steamer Indramayo will leavo ab 4 p.m. to-day for Napier end bhe South, v/hore she will complete her loading for London.
The barque Bells has completed bhe discharge of her cargo, and thia morning was berthed ab the breastwork, to take in ballaeb and undergo some repairs. Sbe is expected to leave about tomorrow evening for bhe Kaipara, thero to load timber for Melbourne.
The s.s. Tarawera arrived about nine o'clock this morning from Sydney with passengers and a large general cargo. Mr A. C. Walker, the purser, to whom we are indebted for our files, reports thab tho steamer left fche Company's wharf, Sydney, ab 7.45 p.m. on tho 21st inst., cleared Jackson's head ab 8.30 p.m., and sighted the Three Kings ab 12.30 p.m. on the 25th, arriving as above. Experienced fino weather throughout the trip.
Tho s.s. Dingadee arrived at 7.50 a.m. this day from Wellington and East Coasb ports. Mr J. E. .Watts, bhe pureer, reports that the steamer lefb Wellington ab 2.30 p.m, on the 22nd instant, Napier on tbe 23rd, Gisborne on the24tb, called ab Tologa Bay, Tokomaru Bay, Waipiro Bay, Tuparoa, Porb Awanui, and Te Araroa, and leaving the latter place at 8 a.m. on the 25_h, arrived as stated. Experienced fine westerly weather and smooth sea throughout.
Tho 8.8. Richmond arrived shortly afber ouo o'clock this morning, from Rarofconga and Tahiti. Mr H. H. Hemus reports: The steamer lefb Auckland on October 2nd, and for two days had strong N.E. weather, and then fine till arrival at Tahiti on October 12th. Left next day and arrived Rarobonga on Sunday October 18th. Left sor Auckland on the 19tb, and had fine easterly weather to within aboub 400 miles of N.Z., then strong south-wester with heavy head sea till arrival.
The s.s. Waihora arrived aboub 11 a.m. to-day from Gisborne, Napier, and Southern ports. Mr H. C. Seigel, bhe purser, reports that bhe Bteamer lefb Dunedin on tbe 21st at 3.30 p.m., called at Lyttelton, Wellington, Napier and Gisborne, and leaving the latter port at 11.8 a.m. on the 25th, arrived an above. Experienced light and fresh south-west) and north-wesb winds to Gisborne, thence fresh N.N.-east winds to East Gape, followed by light westerly and southwesterly winds to arrival.
