DpFffltAM Yards Horse Sale.—There was an unusually large entry of horses at Messrs H./inter and Nolan's Durham Yards last F?iiday, including a number of light horses »' nd medium draught* of a good stamp from "f aranaki. There was a moderate demand, 'and most! of the entry was disposed of at satisfactory prices. Heavy draughts brought from £14 15a to £31; medium ditto, from £6 10s to £15 15a ; light harness, from £5 to £12 10s; and hacks from £4 10a to £9 15a. . .
Jukction Yauds Stock Sale.—l he usual weekly sale of stock vvaa held by Messrs Hunter and Nolan at their Junction Yards, Epsom, yesterday atternoon. There was a fair entry of beef cattle, and price* were a shade easier than last week. Steers sold from £5 12s 6d to £10 7s 6d ; fat cowb, £3 7s 6d to £6 15s. Dairy cows sold moderately freely from £3 Sa to £6 7a 6d. Sheep were penned in good numbers, and sold briskly about last week's quotations. Wethers, 13b fed to 17s 9d ; ewes, 11s to 14a; ewes in lamb, 10s. Small and medium piga brought from 12s to 27a 6d.
