The following notice was posted on the Ex-charge' to-day by Mr John Churton :— "A deposit of £500 (forfeibable) has beon to-day paid upon this property, and my option of purchase transferred to tbe London and New Zealand Exploration Company. Terms of sale pive, approximately, to holders of Hit or Miss shares a £1 share for every two shares beld at present. Working capital not lees than £30.000." Thia property is situated at Puriri.
