£5,250 PURCHASE MONEY
RECEIVED.
A meeting of directors in the above Company waa held this afternoon in Mr W. Cilirk's office, when a letter was road from the Bank of New Zealand advising tho receipt from London ot the balance of ' bhe purchase money of £5,250 and the lodgment of the scrip certificates in London. The cash will be handed over to the local Company upon registration of the transfer of the property, which will most likely be done to-morrow. This property was floated through the agency of Mr S. W, Philips, in less than four months. Bis brother, Mr M. A. Philips, conducted tho negotiations ab this end.
