JEWISH - HOUSES WRECKED AND WOMEN OUTRAGED.
'' St. Petersburg, July 3. A Jewish ■' innkeeper at Mizabisch interfered to protect a peasant from the brutality of a Russian officer. The latter incited 100 soldiers to wreck all the Jewish houses.: Great damage resulted, and several persons were killed. Many of the Jewish women were outraged. The officer and troops concerned in the outrage- have been arrested.
