NATIVE OUTBREAK fEARED.

Capetown, July 1. In'the House of Assembly, Sir J G. Sprigg, the Premier, said that there must be recognised the effect of the Rhodesia revolt on natives at the Cape. As war was possible, he must refuse to send mounted rifles to Rhodesia, fearing that they may be wanted.
