London, July 1. Yorkshire mado a good fighfc in their second innings. The Australiani were all oub for 251. Jones (not out), 19.
Haigh took eight wickets for 78 ; Jackson, 2 for 46.
The weather was hob and sultry, bub the wicket waa not in the best condition, and Yorkshire failed in the ta«k tob them. Their last wicket fell at 190, the Australians winning by 140 runs. ' ■'
Tunniclifi'e made 59, and Denton 24.
