Cokomandel, this day. An inquest was hold at the Coromandel Hospital yestsriiay touching tbe death of Henry Hales, who died ao 4.30 a.m. on Wednesday rnorniug from typhoid fever. Deceased escaped from the hospital on June 24tii &fe 2,30 a.m., tbe night being very boisterous nnd wet, and was taken by a man named Park to the police station. Dr. Bull cHtish'ed that death was due tc typhoid fever, accelerated by exposure deceased hed gone through. A verdict waa returned accordingly, with a memoraodum that tbo attendance at tbe boapitul is insufficient, nnd that iron bars should be placed on the outside of the windows ot tbe wards.
