CONTRACT ARRANGED.

The following cable was received io-day by Messrs Devore and Cooper from Messrs Robson. and Inglis, of London, regarding the floatation of the Golden Link mine at Kuaotuuu :—"Contract arranged. £100,000 capital, vendors receive £3,000 cash and 30,000 shares. Working capital £25,000, half issued, balance reserved. Deposit of £500." The Golden Link mine comprises an area of 100 acres between the Maoriland and Kuaotunu properties, which havo already been floated in London.
