We learn that Mr Douglas Perrett, the Southern artist, now resident in Auckland, has disposed of.his large oil painting of Lake Manapouri, which has been on view in tho window of Messrs Phillips and Son. The price paid,-we understand, was very satisfactory, the purchaser being an Auckland gentleman.
