The negotiation for tho Bale of the Tairua property are proceeding cabisfwetorily. On Wednesday last Captain Argali and Mr J. A. Fond visited bhe mine in order to report. Mr J. T. Julian. Chairman of Directors, also accompanied the experts. Mr Julian states bhab tho mine ia looking well, there being five reefs on tho property varying from 2fb to Bfb in thickness, and good prospects were obtained. The area of the property ia 54 ncrea, exclusive of 10 acres secured for battery sites.
