NEWCASTLE COAL STRIKE.

The Delegates' Board resolved to submit to tho Unions the question whether the whole strike dispute be referred to arbitration.
The Board refused the offer of Mr Brown, owner of the New Lambton colliery, to leave the miners at work, bub will refer the matter to the District Lodge.
