In any case the road board would ssrve, tho occupier of the land, with a notice to clear the roads, but should he refuse a notice would-be senreti cm the owner, who would be compelled to sco the work done, W.H.M. (Papakura).-'lhavea valuable mare that is troubled with "corns' in her irons feet. She has been affected for two years, and they gradually grow worse. Will you kindly advise me how to troat her f—as a rule scientific horse shoeing is tho only hope. At the same time, some case 3 are so peculiarly complicated as to require special treatment by a veterinary surgeon.
