A meeting of subscribers for shares in the Old Pukewhau licensed holding was

the Old Pukewhau Goldmining Company. 1 The capital of the Company was fixed ab £6,000, divided into 80,000 shares of Is 6d each, 10,000 being reserved. Mr D. G. Macdonnell was appointed manager, aba salary of 303 per week and transfer fees. The following gentlemen were elected directors .-—Messrs G. S. Kissling. A. Robins, James Mennie, J. McGregor, Arthur Wrighb, George Dunnett and William Shaw. Mr B. Gilmer was appointed auditor, Mr John Stewart solictor, and the National Bank bankers. The meeting gave power to the directors to dispose of all subscribing ebares not paid for.
